This is a two and a half hour one-time workshop with 1:1 instruction from owner Jesselyn Gordon. Her style of teaching is entirely based on observation and individual guidance.
Practicing ceramics for over five years, and with four years of art-based instruction experience, she creates a very personal and helpful environment. Transitioning into these small intimate lessons allows her to effectively communicate what her individual student needs and also allows her student to learn much faster than a weekly multi-student class. This will save you money in the long run as this style increases the amount of education you gain per time allotted! She recommends taking a private lesson once a month to keep your skills sharpened.
The lessons could be throwing or hand-building, any requests can be added into the lesson plan as well.
